Gutter Replacement and Repair in Blanchard
We install and repair gutters and downspouts that carry roof water well clear of your fascia, siding and foundation. Each run is measured, pitched and sealed by hand, and your flower beds, walkways and lawn are covered while we work and cleaned when we leave.

What good gutters do for your home
Gutters have one job: carry the water your roof sheds away from the house. When they sag, leak at the seams or overflow at the corners, that water falls right where it does the most harm. It soaks fascia boards, streaks brick and collects against the slab.
Sometimes fresh hangers and resealed corners are all a gutter needs. Other times the runs are pitched wrong or too small for the roof above them, and replacement is the honest answer. We tell you which applies to your home and take pictures along the roof edge, so the reason is right there for you to look at.
Gutters hang directly over your beds and walkways, so the care we take below the roof edge matters as much as the metal. We lay drop cloths over plantings and set ladders on pads so they don't sink into the lawn. Before we leave, we run a magnet sweep for stray screws.
What our gutter work includes
Runs sized to your roof
We measure each roof plane and work out how much water it sends to the edge before choosing gutter size. Large or steep planes often need a wider gutter or an extra downspout, not just a longer run.
Steady pitch and close hanger spacing
A gutter needs a slight, even fall toward each outlet or it holds standing water. We fasten hidden hangers into the fascia at close spacing so the run keeps its line under wet leaves and winter ice.
Sealed corners, end caps and outlets
Miters and end caps are where most leaks begin. We seal each joint with gutter-grade sealant, then run water through the system to check it before we pack up.
Downspouts that discharge away from the house
Extensions or splash blocks carry water past the foundation line. Oklahoma clay swells when it stays wet, so keeping roof water off the slab is worth the extra few feet.
A fascia check before anything goes up
If the board behind an old gutter is soft, we show you and talk through replacing that section first. New metal fastened to rotten wood won't hold for long.
Removal and cleanup
Old gutters, cutoffs, empty sealant tubes and packaging leave with us. We rake out the beds under the work area and sweep the drive and walks.
Signs your gutters need attention
Overflow in a steady rain
When water pours past the lip of the gutter rather than running toward the downspout, something is blocking the run, it is too small for the roof above it, or it slopes away from the outlet.
Sagging or pulling loose
A run that bows low between hangers, or tilts outward from the board behind it, has lost its fasteners or its solid backing. Each heavy storm adds weight and makes the gap worse.
Drips at the seams and corners
Steady drips, rust streaks or peeling paint at the joints mean the sealant has failed or the metal is wearing through.
Washed-out soil along the foundation
Channels in the mulch, bare spots or puddles that linger by the slab after rain point to water landing in the wrong place.
Stained or soft fascia
Dark streaks, flaking paint or wood that gives under a thumb tell you water has been getting behind the gutter for a while.
How a gutter job runs
- 1
We look at the roof edge
We walk the house, check the existing gutters, the fascia and where each downspout drains, and ask what you notice when it rains. Then we explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
- 2
A written, line-item estimate
You get the footage, gutter size, downspout count and any fascia work listed separately, so nothing is bundled into a single vague number.
- 3
Install day
We cover beds and set ladder pads first, then take down the old gutters. New runs go up with their pitch checked along the way, and every corner and outlet is sealed.
- 4
Water test and walkthrough
We run water through the system with you and point out where each downspout empties. The cleanup and magnet sweep happen before we call the job finished.
What moves the cost of gutters
Most of a gutter price comes down to how much gutter your home needs and how easily we can reach the roof edge. We measure before we price anything. Your estimate lists each part on its own line.
- Linear footage and height
- More footage means more metal and more labor. A second story adds longer ladders, more careful setup and extra time at every corner of the house.
- Gutter size and metal
- Wider gutters and heavier-gauge metal cost more at the start, but they keep up with big roof planes and hard spring downpours.
- Corners and downspouts
- Every miter, outlet and downspout adds material and labor. Rooflines with many valleys and bump-outs call for more of them.
- Fascia condition
- Hangers need solid wood to bite into. Where the boards behind the old gutter are soft or rotted, we swap out those sections first, and that carpentry shows up as its own line on the estimate.
- Access around the house
- Thick plantings, fences or sloped ground close to the walls make ladder placement slower and can add time.
Gutter questions we hear
Something not covered here? (405) 805-8344
Should I replace my gutters when I replace my roof?
Often it makes sense. Gutters usually come down or get disturbed during roof replacement, and fitting new drip edge and gutters together gives a cleaner edge. If yours are still in good shape, we can put them back up instead.
Can you repair one section instead of replacing everything?
Yes, as long as the rest of the system is sound. A loose run, a leaking corner or a dented downspout can usually be fixed on its own. If the whole system is too small or rusting through, we'll tell you plainly.
How do I know what size gutter my home needs?
Two things decide it: the amount of roof surface feeding each run and the pitch of that roof. A standard size works on plenty of houses. Broad or steep roof planes tend to need a wider gutter or an added downspout. We measure each one and explain the choice in your estimate.
Will the work damage my landscaping?
We cover beds and shrubs under the work area and set pads under ladders so they don't sink into the lawn. When we finish, we rake out the beds and run a magnet across the ground to collect screws and metal bits.
How long does a gutter installation take?
Many single-story homes are done in a day, weather permitting. Two-story homes, fascia repairs or busy rooflines can take longer, and your estimate will include a realistic timeline.
