What happens when you call
The person who picks up knows roofing. We ask about the signs that prompted the call, maybe a water mark in an upstairs room, granules collecting below the downspouts or a gutter sagging at one end, and about how long the current roof has been in place. Then we pick a day to come out and look at it ourselves. Our crews work throughout Blanchard and the surrounding area, with regular trips to Moore, Mustang and Newcastle.
At the visit we go over the roof carefully, photograph anything worth your attention and lay out the options in plain terms before you receive a written quote. Our crew carries over 20 years of combined roofing experience, and you can see it in the small habits: tarps laid over flower beds, a magnetic sweep for loose nails and a clear driveway at the close of each workday.
A few things to have on hand
- Your address, plus the days and times someone can be at your home for the visit.
- Roughly how old the roof is and when it last had work done, if you know.
- Any phone photos or quick notes about the problem, inside the house or out, to help you describe it.
- If a storm caused the damage, your claim number and adjuster's contact, so we can explain the usual order of steps.
